Ye classic shakahari recipe paneer (Indian paneer) ke cubes ko ek swadisht tamatar-aadharit gravy mein ubaal kar banayi jati hai, jismein sugandhit masalon ka samavesh hota hai. Aaiye jaane ise ghar par kaise banayein.  Samagri:  Paneer ke liye:  250 gram paneer, cubes mein kata hua  Gravy ke liye:  2 bade chamach makhan  1 bada chamach tel  1 chamach jeera  1 badi pyaaz, bareek kati hui  2 chamach adrak-lehsun ka paste  3 bade tamatar, puree kiye hue  2 hari mirch, cheeri hui (vaikalpik)  1 chamach lal mirch powder  1 chamach haldi powder  1 chamach dhaniya powder  1 chamach garam masala powder  1 chamach kasuri methi  1/2 cup bhari cream  1/2 chamach cheeni (vaikalpik)  swaad anusaar namak  Sajavat ke liye:  Taja dhaniya patte, kate hue  Atirikt cream (vaikalpik)  Vidhi:  1. Paneer ki taiyaari:  Agar aap bazaar se kharida hua paneer istemaal kar rahe hain, toh cubes ko thoda tel mein halka sunahara bhoora hone tak tal lein. Yeh kadam vaikalpik hai lekin paneer ko achha texture deta hai.  2. Gravy banana:  Madhyam aanch par ek bade pan mein makhan aur tel garam karein.  Jeera daalein aur unhe chatakne dein.  Bareek kati hui pyaaz daalein aur sunahari bhoori hone tak bhoonein.  Adrak-lehsun ka paste aur hari mirch daalein, aur ek minute tak bhoonein jab tak ki kacchi mahak gaayab na ho jaye.  Tamatar ki puree daalein aur tel alag hone tak pakaayein. Ismein lagbhag 10-15 minute lag sakte hain.  Lal mirch powder, haldi powder, dhaniya powder aur namak daalein. Achhe se milaayein aur 2-3 minute tak pakaayein.  Garam masala powder aur kasuri methi daalein, kasuri methi ko haathon ke beech masal kar daalein.  Bhari cream aur cheeni daalein, agar aap istemaal kar rahe hain. Achhe se milaayein aur gravy ko 5 minute tak aur ubaalein.  3. Paneer ko gravy ke saath milana:  Paneer ke cubes ko gravy mein daalein aur dheere se milaayein taaki paneer gravy ke saath achhe se coat ho jaye.  Ise 5 minute tak aur ubaalein taaki paneer saare swaad ko sokh le.  4. Sajavat aur parosna:  Taje kate hue dhaniya patton aur atirikt cream se sajaayein, agar aap chahein.  Garam garam naan, roti ya chawal ke saath parosein.  Apne ghar par bane swadisht Paneer Butter Masala ka aanand lein, jo aapke parivaar aur doston ko zaroor pasand aayega!
